For the team & for owners

What we collect, what we publish, what we protect

This page is public on purpose. An owner deciding whether to answer honestly should be able to read the rules first — and the team should have one place to check before adding a field to a form.

🎯

The principle

Collect the minimum structured data needed for matching and trust. Keep diagnostic weaknesses and sensitive financial or workforce data private — permanently, not just until it is convenient.

The hard lines

Never publish exact revenue, profit, owner identity, wage capacity, diagnostic weaknesses or hiring-risk data. Never expose a personal phone number that was not chosen as a contact channel. Never infer wage capacity from revenue alone.

Consent is two separate decisions

Taking part in the pilot and appearing in the public directory are different consents, recorded separately, and either can be withdrawn without the other. A business that wants the growth plan but no public listing is a completely normal outcome — two of the twenty-five sample records are exactly that, and they are absent from the directory entirely rather than shown with fields hidden.
