Eighteen scored statements plus a short profile and consent step β about eight minutes in all. At the end you get your primary constraint, three actions to start this week, the templates to use, and an honest read on whether you are ready to take on paid help.
Your result is a snapshot, not a sentence. Businesses change β retake this after your 30-day plan and your constraint, actions and training change with you.
Each of the six areas is scored from your answers. The lowest-scoring area becomes your primary constraint, and that constraint selects your actions, templates and workshop. Hiring readiness is judged separately and conservatively: a business that cannot cover three months of wages is never told it is ready, no matter how strong its other scores are. The full rule set is readable in js/data/rules.js in the repository.
The assessment is where the conversation starts, not where it ends. A SkillBridge person follows up with every owner to hear the story behind the numbers β what you're proud of, what keeps you up at night, and who you are beyond the six scores. The diagnostic finds the constraint; a human being decides what to do about it, with you.
