Your record is portable, exportable, and deletable — by you. An employer can add entries; they can't control or delete them once you've accepted. Your name never appears in any searchable listing.
"Trusted with credit decisions up to ₦20,000; handled a delivery failure without escalation" tells an owner more than any certificate — and only someone who watched you work can write it.
We check that a business can sustainably pay a wage — at its slowest month, not its best — before we send anyone to it. And we count your transport: a ₦45,000 job that costs ₦12,000 a month to reach is a ₦33,000 job, and we match on the real number.
No account. No forms before you get something back. A first match needs only five things, and everything else can come later:
Before you say yes, you see the employer's side too: whether they're verified, whether they've supervised anyone before, and whether the wage on offer clears your own floor. What you told us about your needs stays private; the transparency runs toward you, not away from you.
